The Trip and some self discovery
Back from Penang and Ipoh now, had a good time over there with good company, which is Koku, Michelle, Joyce, and Irene. We head to penang on the very next day of our Campaign planning paper and set our feet on the island with an empty stomach and the urge to shop, although the guys didnt really shopped but the girls did get the most out of it without much effort, I begin to wonder how they do it, details of the trip will be in Michelle’s and Joyce’s blog very soon. I am friggin lazy! haha

The beach view of batu Ferringhi
The picture taken above is from the famous Batu Ferringhi which is around 30minutes from town, pretty decent place to chill but nothing beats the beach at Pulau Perhentian. It took me a while to figure out something while gazing into the view of the beach from where I stood, decided to take a few pictures and find myself liking this most after browsing through. I guess I am not very sure of what I really want, Eunice is right, most probably.

Christmas Deco at Queensbay Mall
Apart from the doraemon theme at Queensbay Mall, Penang, I like this quite alot too, for the reason of things dangling of tiny little chain look-alikes and its kinda nice if you look at it after some time.
At times, I really need a reset button…
The Calling and some other stuff
Well, I am not very creative in terms of titles but it has been awhile since I last posted something here, I guess its another sin.
The Calling, as in the band, has been around for some time and I was captivated by Alex’s voice the very first time I listen to him, then Tonie’s band that time actually sang their songs pretty well. Their songs came into my mind again during the planning stage of our campaign, the recycling campaign where Sereen got a band to play Our Lives by The Calling, you can consider it as a detour down memory lane as there are alot of memories during that time. My favorite song from them would be Stigmatized and Could it be any harder, definitely worth the five minutes listening to them but some how I don’t know why they are not famous here in Malaysia anymore.
However, the campaign is now over and I can finally take a lil breather for now but the first exam is next week and nothing has been revised yet which means I am in deep shit! I was in an overall crisis this semester with so many problems surfaced and caught me off guard, ranging from self conflict to family problems to relationship thingy, and this is not a really good situation for me nevertheless.
But I guess all is well now and the campaign was celebrated with quite a few of us at Euphoria last Thursday where Stephy and Chew Hsia got me drunk but thank Buddha that I did not encounter any hangover else I would be dead by now. The adventure was fun and I had to admire the place for being smoke free other than the smoke machine. *note to self: do not let Chew hsia or Stephy get my glass*
Judging by how lazy I can be, I doubt that I will be able to blog over the Christmas, therefore, Merry Christmas to all of you and have a happy New Year, May it be a better year ahead and its time to have some new year resolutions and accomplishing it by the end of the year of 2009!
Cheers! and this is a song by The Calling – Could it be any harder
Stupidity Strikes!
Today is a good day to be amazed by stupidity! When someone ask questions for the sake of asking, I firmly believe that it is stupid. Sometimes, let the facts go through your head before asking, or else it makes you look stupid especially if its a presentation in a lecture hall. I believe I don’t need to name who that particular person is as we all know who is the almighty one already. You can actually read from Eugene’s blog for extreme details but forgive him for the crude title anyway. And to give you more facts on what that genius did, he actually tried to confuse the presenters which is Me, Michelle, Eugene, and Sereen with his ever wonderful body languages such as shaking his bread head when the lecturer is actually nodding, giving hand signals when he disagrees on certain issue. All in all, he craves for the attention he used to get from his faithful friends, or should i say ex faithful friends who can now see the real him.
Anyway, I am glad that the presentation went well even though I actually read from slides due to nervousness. Thanks to all those who played their part in making the proposal a success especially all those who designed all the publicity materials, those who contributed constructive ideas, those who offered help, the whole of PR1 and PR8, and last but not least, the committee members who spent their time working on the fugging thick proposal. Regardless of Dr. Selva’s comment, I believe that we all did a good job even though it flooded her mind with too much information.
Need to thank Dr. Selva for all the advices she gave especially when she was giving me chances to overcome my stage fright. Yes, I do have stage frights!
Today is the day where I first wore a blazer! *Proud* and the first day my team gained some valuable experience and acknowledgeable from one of the strictest lecturer in UTAR, and they day we celebrated with BBQ chicken!
Will be updating blog in a more frequent manner now as I tend to rant a lot lately. Not a good sign though, but do listen to Joanna Wang or Jay Chou in my previous post to relax a little bit.
Cheers
Bleach and rants
Recently I am addicted to the anime series, Bleach. The whole series is mainly about a 15 years old boy, Kurosaki Ichigo’s ability to fight evil ghosk! And his ability affects his close friends around him as well as some of them acquired special abilities alike to his. And most importantly, this girl called Rukia who is a don’t know how many years old Shinigami or better known as Death. I am watching them on www.56.com which is quite slow actually for my connection.
Yes, and rants. To be honest, I don’t really rant on my blog but this time, people are seriously getting on my nerves for fuck’s sake.
First, please do not assume that you are at a position to criticize me because I don’t bother. Especially you gay fuck, are you thinking that you are so damn good looking yourself to be able to say so? Honestly, I don’t think that you are half as good looking as you think you are anyway. Not to forget that your ability in work or whatever is as good as you think, if you are as good, our mock press conference wouldn’t have flopped. So if you think that you are certainly at a position to claim that you can be a better campaign director, then go ahead and prove your worth. by the way, please make sure your duties as a class representative is at a satisfactory level before you make any comments.
Second, Please do not always assume that I committed certain acts based on your on stupid judgment for goodness sake. If I sprayed the pepper spray, I would admit it without having you and you and you to tell me that I sprayed it okay? Seriously, I don’t understand what’s wrong with those coming from Chinese independent schools, they like to behave as if they are the greatest in the whole wide world and assuming that everyone should worship them for being in the same class.
Third, If you would like to comment on the size of my penis, please look at the size of your breast/your bf’s penis/ whatever before you say anything, because, I am sure that you have no channels or method to actually see MY PENIS to actually make a comment on its size, and I believe that I am not obligated to report to you regarding the size of MY PENIS right?
Actually, there is more to rant about but I am just too nice to not talk about it all openly. And people, don’t always be too nice as people tend to take advantage of you without even considering your feelings or what so ever. If you guys continue to go on like this, please don’t blame me if I openly sound you nicely in class. Once or twice is okay, but the more you’re doing it, you’re just making me pissed and I believe that when I am pissed, I doubt you will be able to handle what I am going to say to you. Understand?
PR1’s Annual Dinner
The initial plan was to have dinner at Sentosa, Section 17 with Michelle, Koku, Vicky, Jia Yi and Fennie! We get our ass at Uncle Hock’s stall and ordered Curry Fish Head, Sambal Petai Prawn, Ham Yu Fa Lam Bou and Sambal Vege!
The curry fish head tastes very good eventho without santan! Uncle Hock uses milk instead of the usuall santan! Vicky had another extra bowl of rice to go with the curry! The Sambal Petai Prawn is Uncle Hock’s signature dish and it tastes even better compared to the past! The prawns tastes so sweet and fresh, goes very well with the sambal too!
The Ham Yu Fa Lam Bou was so-so but tastes very good too and its in a cute looking pot as well. Not so spicy but the smell of it makes you salivate! Not joking. The Sambal Vege is just a normal vege dish stirfried with chili paste. Everything we had is spicy!! And now to show you what we had!
And guess what happens at the end? See for yourself!
SEE!!! Everything cleared by the ladies! LMAO and ROFL!
After our meal, we went to the hawker stalls to have our Thong Shui which is nothing to shout about. We then left for SS2 Murni to talk and Look See Look See leng Luis/Jais. But Fennie suggested Karaoke at Party K-Box where the lady herself and Vicky went up to check the price and ended up coming out embarassed due to failed communication between us. Why? they got themselves a room thinking that we were going up but actually we told them that we are sticking to Murni instead.
Then we talked at Murni till 11.59 before heading back home. *yawns* lazy edi.. lol
